Life is so plain
it seems
as it is lived by
human beings these days
So predictable
And still!
Life is so deep all the same
just as it ever was
Unchangeable
Unknown
Things come and go
people show up in our life
while others fade away
or simply die
The I that is witness to all of that
the I stays unchanged
taking it all in
all of it
The I has no preferences
nor any ambitions
no judgements
or rejections
The I that is Me
that is Us
that is All
This is Mystery
